更改服務計劃
住宅用戶登記香港寬頻網絡有限公司（"香港寬頻"）之IDD 0030收費計劃之條款及細則:
1. 凡登記香港寬頻不時提供之IDD 0030收費計劃（"計劃"）須受本條款及細則之約束。
 
2. 除非另有所指，本條款及細則用詞之含意與香港寬頻之一般條款及細則相同。
 
3. 成功登記任何計劃之用戶，即可按有關計劃之收費使用IDD 0030由香港致電海外及/或使用傳真服務。香港寬頻保留權利隨時取消任何計劃及/或更改任何計劃之收費及其所有適用條款而毋須另行通知及/或給予有關理由。
 
4. 於一般情況下，香港寬頻將於7個工作天內處理有關計劃之登記。除香港寬頻同意外，任何計劃不可與香港寬頻不時提供之收費計劃或優惠同時享用。成功登記任何計劃會同時取代曾於香港寬頻登記之IDD 0030所有其他計劃（如適用者）。
 
5. 客戶可於香港寬頻同意之情況下不時轉用任何其他計劃。於一般情況下，香港寬頻將於7個工作天內處理有關更改計劃之登記，而有關登記之生效日期則以客戶成功登記該月的一號開始計算，所有曾於香港寬頻登記之IDD 0030收費計劃亦會被取代。於香港寬頻接納有關計劃之登記後，客戶同意接受有關條款及細則（包括不時生效之條款及細則）之約束。
 
6. 香港寬頻保留其所有權利及最終之決定權隨時終止客戶任何計劃之登記。 香港寬頻之決定為最終之定論及無須提供任何原因。 若任何計劃之登記於任何情況下被終止, 客戶於有關計劃所享有之一切權利及/或優惠亦將被即時取消。
 
7. 本條款及細則受香港寬頻網絡有限公司之一般條款及細則之約束。登記人同意遵守有關條款及細則及/或不時生效之條款及細則。
 
8. 所有有關IDD 0030收費計劃之任何通知，香港寬頻會以其認為適當之形式通知客戶。
 
9. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並根據香港特別行政區法律解釋。本條款及細則之中英文本文意上如有任何歧異，概以英文本為準。
 
10. 凡於本條款內提到任何性別將包括其他性別及中性；而當提到單數將包括複數，反之亦然。
 
11. 「工作天」指星期一至星期五，公眾假期除外。
 
12. 如有任何與本計劃有關之爭議，香港寬頻擁有最終之決定權。

Change Rate Plan
Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited ("HKBN") Terms and Conditions Governing the Registration of IDD 0030 Rate Plan(s) for Residential Customers:
1. These Terms and Conditions shall govern the registration of IDD 0030 rate plan(s) ("Plan") as provided by HKBN from time to time.
 
2. Unless otherwise provided, terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as per the General Terms and Conditions of HKBN.
 
3. Customers who have successfully registered under any Plan shall be entitled to enjoy the rates provided thereunder for making outbound overseas voice calls and/or faxes through IDD 0030 in Hong Kong. HKBN reserves the right to terminate any Plan at any time and/or vary the rates and all such applicable terms thereunder from time to time without prior notice and/or giving any reason therefor.
 
4. HKBN shall normally take not more than 7 business days to process the registration of any Plan. Unless otherwise agreed by HKBN, any Plan shall not be used in conjunction with other Plans or other special offers as may be offered by HKBN from time to time. Successful registration of any Plan shall supersede all other Plans of IDD 0030 (if applicable) previously registered with HKBN.
 
5. Customers may change to other Plan from time to time subject to the approval of HKBN. HKBN shall normally take not more than 7 business days to process the registration for change of Plans. The effective date of such registration shall be the first day of the month in which the relevant Plan is successfully registered which shall supercede all Plans of IDD 0030 previously registered with HKBN. The Customer agrees to be bound by those terms and conditions (as may from time to time be in force) of such Plan upon acceptance by HKBN of the relevant registration.
 
6. HKBN reserves all its rights and final discretion to terminate the registration of any Plan of any customer without giving any reason therefor. The decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive. All rights and benefits incidental to the registration under any Plan shall cease immediately upon the termination of such registration for any reasons whatsoever.
 
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of HKBN and the Customer agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions stated therein as may be in force from time to time.
 
8. Notices in relation to the Plan of IDD 0030 may be given to the Customers in any manner whatsoever as HKBN considers appropriate.
 
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China. Whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
 
10. Reference to one gender shall include the other and the neuter and reference to singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
 
11. "Business day" means any Mondays to Fridays in Hong Kong except for public holidays.
 
12. In case of any dispute in relation to the Plan, HKBN's decision shall be final and conclusive.
