「收Fax易」 Get Fax Easy

「收Fax易」服務讓用戶可於指定電子郵箱收取傳真。香港寬頻將給予用戶一個「收Fax易」個人傳真號碼，用戶便可以透過其電子郵箱隨時隨地收取傳真，方便又快捷。

"Get Fax Easy" is a service for receiving fax via a designated email. HKBN provides a "Get Fax Easy" personal fax number to user and then he / she can receive fax simply by his / her email anytime anywhere.

	第一步: 親友從本港或海外將文件傳真至用戶之「收Fax易」個人傳真號碼，例: 8XXX XXXX Step 1. Your relatives or friends send fax to you from local or overseas via your "Get Fax Easy" personal fax number e.g. 8XXX XXXX
	第二步: 文件會傳真至用戶指定的電郵地址，例如: name@hkbn.net Step 2. The fax is sent to your designated email address e.g. name@hkbn.net
	第三步: 用戶可於其電子郵箱讀取傳真 Step 3. You get your fax by accessing your email box.

註 Remarks:
1. 用戶可於“戶口管理”內隨時更改其登入密碼及收取傳真之電郵地址。
User can change their corresponding password and the email address to receive the fax anytime at the “Account Management -戶口管理”

2. 而於“戶口管理”內，「收Fax易」用戶之預設密碼為身份証號碼首六位數字"123456" .
e.g 如身份証號碼是Z 123456 (7) 密碼則為”123456”，用戶可於服務啟用後隨即更改密碼，若用戶忘記密碼，請致電128 100重設。
When accessing the “Account Management -戶口管理” area, users’ default password of " Get Fax Easy " is the first six digit of HKID number,
e.g if HKID is Z 123456 (7), then the password will be "123456", user can change it anytime after the service is activated. If user forgets their password, please call to 128 100 to reset.
