BY BANK OR CREDIT CARD AUTOPAY

 

 

 


Please visit our shops or contact us for arrangements. Bank account autopay service requires about two months for processing.

THROUGH INTERNET BANKING

 

 

 


Payments may be settled through Internet banking services offered by banks. Please keep the reference number for verification. You may contact your bank or HKBN for further details.

 

 

 

3.

BY AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)

 

 

 


You can use ATM cards or credit cards with cash withdrawal functions to pay using ATMs designated for “Bill Payment” or “JET Payment”. You may contact your bank or HKBN for further details.

 

 

 

4.

CHEQUE DEPOSIT MACHINE

 

 

 


You can settle payment via any Cheque Deposit Machine at Bank of China (Hong Kong) with a crossed cheque made payable to “HKBN”. When the payment transaction is complete, you may obtain a customer advice with the cheque image included. You may contact your bank or HKBN for further details.

Please return the Payment Slip with a crossed cheque made payable to “HKBN” with your 9-digit HKBN IDD 1666 account number written on the back by post to P.O. Box 4901 General Post Office, Hong Kong.
Please DO NOT send cash or post-dated cheques. No receipt shall be issued.

You can settle payment by cash at any 7-Eleven, Circle K, VanGO Convenience Store or China Resources Vanguard with the payment slip. The maximum payment amount is HK$5,000. Please keep the receipt for verification. A handling fee of HK$4 per transaction will be charged to your next statement.
You may also visit our designated shops for credit card or “EPS” payments. Please refer to hkbn.net/shop_eng for shop locations and service hours.

 

 
 

Customer Notice

 
 

 


1.Please examine this statement carefully at once. If no discrepancy is reported within that respective Invoice Month of the statement, the statement will be considered as correct.

2.To avoid service suspension, please make the payment at least 3 working days before the payment due date in order to settle the Statement Balance on time.

3.If the statement balance has not been fully settled by the Due Date, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee on any outstanding amount at HK$10 each statement until the statement balance has been paid in full.

4.If payment cannot be successfully collected through credit card autopay, HK$20 will be charged as an administration fee per month.
