The Opportunity

Responsibilities

    What effort do you need to make?

    • Responsible for answering customers' enquiries and complaints in professional manner
    • Tackle technical issues raised from business clients over the phone
    • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
    • Data entry of service registration

 Preferred Qualifications and Abilities

    Let's check if you are…

    • Form 5 / DSE or above
    • At least 1 year or above customer services experience, preferably in Telecom industry
    • Basic knowledge on computer and internet service is a big advantage
    • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
    • Shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided)
    • Fresh graduates with high caliber will also be considered
