- Interest-free Merchant Instalment Plan Promotion - Apple Watch (“this Plan”) is only applicable to customer(s) holding the following designated credit cards from designated bank (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”, such customer(s) be referred as “Eligible Customer(s)”) : any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional or separate additional credit cards issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”) (and its successors and assigns) in Hong Kong (HSBC Pulse UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Credit Card and HSBC UnionPay Dual Currency Card are not Eligible Credit Cards).
- (For standalone purchase customers) Within Promotion Period, customer who purchases standalone designated Apple Watch (only applicable to Apple Watch Ultra (GPS + Cellular) / Apple Watch Series 8 (GPS) / Apple Watch SE (GPS), limited to purchase 2 per person) at designated HKBN Shop or AT+ Shop and pays the Apple Watch price with Eligible Credit Card, can enjoy a total of 31 months of interest-free instalments and the “Guaranteed Buy-Back Value” of the Apple Watch after 24 months when return the Apple Watch to a designated HKBN Shop (approximately 22% of Apple Watch suggested retail price, the exact amount can refer to “Interest-free Merchant Instalment Plan Promotion - Apple Watch Application Form”). Within 25 days upon 24 months after the successful registration date of this Plan, customer can choose to return the Apple Watch purchased under this Plan to a designated HKBN Shop to receive the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value amount pursuant to the Product Return Terms and Conditions, or choose to keep the Apple Watch.

- The return of Apple Watch must comply with the Product Return Terms & Conditions below:
i. Within 25 days upon 24 months after the successful registration date of this Plan, customer can choose to return the designated Apple Watch (“Product” or “Device”) which is purchased under this Plan at designated HKBN Shop or AT+ Shop to a designated HKBN Shop (“Product Return Option”), and to receive the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value. The Guaranteed Buy-Back Value amount shall credit directly to the Eligible Credit Card account within approximately 15 working days counted from the day of returning the Product at a designated HKBN Shop. The returned Product shall comply with the “Device Acceptance Criteria” herein, otherwise HKBN reserves the right to refuse the collection of the returned Product and the payment of the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value or adjust the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value amount. The collection of the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value amount by the Eligible Customer may also subject to the terms and conditions of individual bank instalment plan.

iii. The Product must be returned in good condition and functioning properly in compliance with Device Acceptance Criteria. Guaranteed Buy-Back Value amount may be adjusted depending on the extent of damage to the returned Product.
iv. Service for the mobile number registered for this Plan must be active in the name of the cardholder of the Eligible Credit Card at the time when the Product is returned.
v. The Product Return Option is non-transferrable and shall only be exercised by the cardholder of the Eligible Credit Card who signed up for this Plan and purchased the Product from HKBN/AT+ with the Eligible Credit Card.
vi. In the event where the original Product is swapped by Apple Authorized Repair Centre (e.g. warranty claim), document(s) showing the swap shall be provided to HKBN for exercising the Product Return Option.
vii. The charger and accessories are not required when Customer returns the Product.
viii. Customer shall ensure that all personal data is transferred out and SIM card is removed from the returned Product prior to exercising the Product Return Option. These shall be deemed lost and cannot be recovered once the Product is returned and HKBN shall not be held liable for erasure of any personal data remained in the returned Product.
ix. The title and ownership of the Product shall be transferred to HKBN upon the return of the Product and payment of the Guaranteed Buy-Back Value by HKBN.
- The returned Product to HKBN must be the designated Apple Watch which is purchased under this Plan at designated HKBN Shop or AT+ Shop within the Promotion Period, and customer must return the Product within 25 days upon 24 months after the successful registration date of this Plan. If customer fails to return the Product within the specific period, HKBN reserves the right to refuse the collection of such Product.
- If Customer’s Product meets all the requirements set out in Clause 5 (ii) above as determined by HKBN at our absolute discretion (“Eligible Product”), HKBN will provide Customer a Guaranteed Buy-Back Value up to 22% of the watch’s suggested retail price of the Eligible Product prevailing at the time of the purchase. The actual Guarantee Buy-Back Value will depend on the condition of Customer’s Eligible Product as determined by HKBN at HKBN’s absolute discretion. HKBN reserves the right to refuse to provide the Guarantee Buy-Back Value to Customer if the Product that does not comply with “Device Acceptance Criteria”.
- Before returning the Eligible Product, Customer is responsible for ensuring that all data stored in the Eligible Product has been permanently erased. HKBN will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transfer of personal data from the Eligible Product returned. Once the Eligible Product is returned, it cannot be reclaimed.
- The instalment plan is provided by HSBC. HKBN is not the supplier of the instalment plan and make no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the instalment plan and any other goods and services provided by relevant bank. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the instalment plan, please contact individual banks.
- Customer is responsible for any and all remaining payments under the instalment plan.
- Promotion Period may be adjusted according to responses. HKBN reserves the right to change or cancel this Plan at any time without further notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.
