Broadband Service with iPad Monthly Plans

Access Plan will only be applicable to service installation address is at designated residential area and with no provision of HKBN broadband service within 120 days prior to registration.

1. Subscriber must successfully register designated Home Broadband Service Plan (“Designated Service Plan”) and purchase designated Apple iPad product (“Designated Product”) together (collectively be referred as “Designated Service Plan with iPad”) to enjoy the waiver of standard installation fee for once and free 12 or 24 months monthly fee of the home broadband service plan, details are as follow.

(Only applicable to purchase designated iPad mini model together) Subscriber successfully register Designated Service Plan with iPad, can enjoy up to $1500 account rewards (“Rewards”), free 12-month monthly fee of Designated Service Plan and waiver of standard installation fee for once. HKBN will grant the Rewards into Subscriber’s HKBN account by instalments on the 1st to 6th and 19th to 22nd months of the Minimum Commitment Period upon Subscriber has successfully activated the Designated Service Plan and successfully redeemed Designated Product. Subscriber must pay for the “Upfront Payment” of the Designated Product when successfully register to Designated Service Plan with iPad (Upfront Payment, i.e. the suggested retail price of the product). The Upfront Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Subscriber can choose to settle the relevant payment by one-off transaction or interest-free instalment option. Rewards are only applicable to settle service fee of Designated Service Plan which is registered together. If the Designated Service Plan is terminated during the Minimum Commitment Period for whatever reasons, Rewards will be terminated at the same time. The unused amount of the Rewards will no longer be eligible for usage. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
3. (Only applicable to purchase designated iPad model together) Subscriber successfully register Designated Service Plan with iPad, can enjoy free 24-month monthly fee of Designated Service Plan and waiver of standard installation fee for once.Subscriber must pay for the “Upfront Payment” of the Designated Product when successfully register to Designated Service Plan with iPad (Upfront Payment, i.e. the suggested retail price of the product). The Upfront Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Subscriber can choose to settle the relevant payment by one-off transaction or interest-free instalment option.
4. If Subscriber wants to pay by monthly instalment for the Designated Product, the registration must be conducted at designated HKBN Shop with credit card of designated bank. For details, please check with the staff of HKBN Shop. Subscriber can choose 24 months interest-free instalment, and the actual instalment amount is subject to the designated credit card bank. If Subscriber registers the Designated Service Plan with iPad through other sales channels, the payment of the Designated Product will be made by credit card in full.
5. If any service of the Plan is terminated, other service(s) and/ or offer(s) included in the same plan will also be terminated. If the plan(s) is/are terminated within the Minimum Commitment Period for whatever reasons, Subscriber shall pay a total amount of the remaining special monthly fees within Minimum Commitment Period to HKBN as liquidated damages.
6. The relevant services, service plans and offer(s) are subject to relevant Terms and Conditions, for details please refer to hkbn.net/tnc or speak with our salesperson. Promotion period may adjust according to response, HKBN reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.
