HKBN will notify Subscriber for redemption within 14 working days upon Subscriber having successfully completed registration for the Designated Services Plan with iPhone and that the relevant iPhone 18 Pro series smartphone having been made available for HKBN to supply.
(Applicable to bundle with designated Home Broadband Service) Upfront payment will be the discounted product price and [$1200/ $2400] prepayment in full. Subscriber must successfully register designated Home Broadband Service Plan and purchase designated iPhone 18 Pro series smartphone at the same time in order to purchase one Designated iPhone 18 Pro series smartphone at “discounted product price”. During the 1st to 12th months of the Minimum Commitment Period for Designated Services Plan, [$100/200] will be deducted from the Prepayment per month and will be credited to Subscriber’s valid HKBN account.

Subscriber must successfully register designated Mobile Services Plan and purchase designated iPhone 18 Pro series smartphone at the same time in order to purchase one Designated iPhone 18 Pro series smartphone at “discounted product price”. During the 1st to 12th months of the Minimum Commitment Period for Designated Services Plan, [$100/200] will be deducted from the Prepayment per month and will be credited to Subscriber’s valid HKBN account.
If the related Designated Services Plan is not ultimately installed/activated successfully within designated period (for details please refer to such service plan terms and conditions), HKBN will be entitled to charge back the related discount and Subscriber shall pay back such discounted amount to HKBN.
If Subscriber wants to pay for the discount product price and Prepayment by monthly instalment, the registration must be conducted at designated HKBN shops with credit card of designated bank. For details, please check with the staff of HKBN shops. Subscriber can choose a maximum of 36 months instalment, and the actual instalment amount is subject to the decision of the relevant bank selected by Subscriber. If Subscriber registers for the Designated Services Plan with iPhone through other sales channels, the payment of the discounted product price and Prepayment shall be made by credit card in full.
Please make upfront payment by credit card. Upfront payment will only be transferred from your credit card when your selected smartphone is available.
No porting-in will be arranged before smartphone available. You may collect your Smartphone and SIM card at a designated HKBN Shop (if applicable). If stock is available, you will receive a redemption notification within 14 working days. Subscriber is required to redeem the related products in person.
Notice: Subscriber must collect any Apple product(s) at designated shop in person and cannot authorize a representative to collect. Subscriber needs to bring along the "Notification of Product/Premium and/or equipment Redemption" email, present the proof of identity (e.g. HKID card/Passport) of the registrant of the account, and the credit card used for the online payment or valid transaction payment record for verification when collecting the product. If the Subscriber is not the credit card holder, credit card holder needs to visit the shop together with the Subscriber when collecting the product. Subscriber shall immediately verify whether the product model shown on the package is the same as the chosen product upon collection and shall sign an Acknowledgement Receipt of HKBN Product/Premium Redemption (“Acknowledgement Receipt”) to acknowledge receipt of the product. If the collected Apple product is iPhone, Subscriber shall immediately verify whether the product model shown on the package is the same as the chosen product and shall sign Acknowledgement Receipt to acknowledge receipt of the product, then HKBN staff will open the package and activate the relevant product immediately. Once Subscriber has signed the Acknowledgement Receipt, no return, exchange or refund requests will be accepted.

The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.27 inches (iPhone 18 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone 18 Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Testing conducted by Apple in July 2026 using preproduction iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max units and software, subscribed to LTE and 5G carrier networks, and USB‑C Charge Cable with Apple 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W Max (Model A3351). Video playback consisted of a repeated 2-hour 23-minute HDR movie purchased from the iTunes Store; all settings were default except: Bluetooth was paired with headphones; Wi-Fi was associated with a network; the Wi-Fi feature Ask to Join Networks, Auto-Brightness, and True Tone were turned off. Typical use tested using a representative usage profile. Profile is based on the median usage values across iPhone users and reflects a combination of passive and active use of a variety of applications, including but not limited to messaging, photos, music, social media, video streaming, games, web browsing and navigation. Fast-charge testing conducted with iPhone units in low battery state. All battery claims depend on adapter, settings, usage, environmental conditions, initial battery levels, network configuration, and many other factors; actual results will vary.
