HKBN Mobile Services

• HKBN will notify Subscriber for redemption within 14 working days upon the relevant iPhone Air smartphone being available and Subscriber has successfully completed registration. 
• (Applicable to bundle with designated Home Broadband Service) Upfront payment will be the discounted smartphone price. Subscriber must successfully register designated Home Broadband Services Plan and purchase designated Apple product together to enjoy this discount. If the related Designated Services Plan is unable to be installed successfully ultimately within 180 days after successful registration, HKBN will charge back the related discount.
• (Applicable to bundle with designated Mobile Service) Upfront payment will be the discounted smartphone price and $1200/ $800 mobile service fee prepayment. Subscriber must successfully register designated Mobile Services Plan and purchase designated Apple product together to enjoy this discount. During the 3rd to 22nd months of the Minimum Commitment Period (total 20 months), $60/ $40 will be deducted from the Prepayment per month for paying part of the Mobile Services Plan monthly fee, the remaining monthly fee and other fees and charges shall be paid in accordance with the payment method chosen by Subscriber. If the related Designated Services Plan is unable to be activated successfully ultimately within 180 days after successful registration, HKBN will charge back the related discount.
• If Subscriber wants to use monthly installment/iPhone for Life on smartphone, the Phone Plan registration must be conducted at designated HKBN Shop with designated bank credit card. If Subscriber registers this Phone Plan online, the payment of the discounted smartphone price will be made by credit card in full.
• Please make upfront payment by credit card. Upfront payment will only be transferred from your credit card when your selected smartphone is available.
• No porting-in will be arranged before smartphone available. You may collect your Smartphone and SIM card at a designated HKBN Shop (if applicable). If stock is available, you will receive a redemption notification within 14 working days. Subscriber is required to redeem the related products in person.
• Notice: Subscriber must collect any Apple product(s) at designated shop in person and cannot authorize a representative to collect. Subscriber needs to bring along the "Notification of Product/Premium and/or equipment Redemption" email and present the proof of identity (e.g. HKID card/Passport) of the registrant of the account, and the credit card used for the online payment for verification when collecting the product. If the Subscriber is not the credit card holder, credit card holder needs to visit the shop together with the Subscriber when collecting the product. If the collected Apple product is iPhone, Subscriber shall immediately verify whether the product model shown on the package is the same as the chosen product and shall sign Acknowledgement Receipt to acknowledge receipt of the product, then HKBN staff will open the package and activate the relevant product immediately. Once Subscriber has signed the Acknowledgement Receipt, no return, exchange or refund requests will be accepted.
