HKBN Mobile Services

• Upfront payment will be the discounted smartphone price. Subscriber must successfully register designated Home Broadband/Mobile Service Plan and purchase designated Samsung product together to enjoy this discount. If the related Designated Services Plan is unable to be installed/activated successfully ultimately within 180 days after successful registration, HKBN will charge back the related discount.
• If Subscriber wants to use monthly installment on smartphone, the Phone Plan registration must be conducted at designated HKBN Shop with designated bank credit card. If Subscriber registers this Phone Plan online, the payment of the discounted smartphone price will be made by credit card in full.
• Please make upfront payment by credit card. Upfront payment will only be transferred from your credit card when your selected smartphone is available. No porting-in will be arranged before smartphone available. You may collect your Smartphone and SIM card at a designated HKBN Shop (if applicable). If stock is available, you will receive a redemption notification within 14 working days.  (The earliest pickup date is March 11, 2026)
• Subscribers who successfully register for the designated home broadband/mobile service plan and a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra or Samsung Galaxy S26+ may enjoy a Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 in black (1-pack).
