Mobile Services Terms & Conditions:
1. Network is powered by SmarTone. 2.Subscriber shall register for designated Mobile Services Plan with a 24-month Minimum Commitment Period on or before Jan 31, 2019. 3. The monthly fee for this Mobile Services Plan is HK$78 with an additional monthly administration fee of HK$18 during the 24-month Minimum Commitment Period. Maximum download speed for the first 3GB (for new numbers) or 5GB (for porting in) in a bill cycle is 21Mbps. Maximum upload and download speed for thereafter data access is 128kbps. Local data usage excludes tethering and peer-to-peer applications. 4. The monthly fee for this Mobile Services Plan is HK$168 with an additional monthly administration fee of HK$18 during the 24-month Minimum Commitment Period. Local data will be capped at 6GB per month and Subscriber can continue using the local data service by agreeing to pay the thereafter local data charge. 5. The monthly fee for this Mobile Services Plan is HK$218/month with an additional monthly administration fee of HK$18 during the 24-month Minimum Commitment Period. Local data is 12GB per month, when local data usage exceeds the plan data entitlement of 12GB in a bill cycle, the monthly local data plan for such bill cycle will be automatically upgraded to an unlimited local data plan with HK$110 extra charge for the plan upgrade. In accordance with the Fair Usage Policy (A), Subscriber may enjoy unlimited local data until the end of such bill cycle. (For the avoidance of doubt, the monthly fee will be reset to the original monthly fee on the first day of the following bill cycle and will again be increased by HK$110 if the monthly local data usage of such following bill cycle exceeds the plan data entitlement.) Unlimited local data is subject to Fair Usage Policy (A). When local data usage of a bill cycle reaches the data entitlement limit of designated plan, local data service continues without speed throttling or data capping, but access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected, until the end of such bill cycle. 6. Subscriber must successfully register and activate the Mobile Services Plan in order to obtain a 12-month myTV SUPER App (If Subscriber continues using the relevant myTV SUPER App after the 12-month free validity period, Subscriber shall pay the myTV SUPER App after contract period monthly fee, please check with Sales person for details) or 24-month myTV SUPER App . myTV SUPER App service is only applicable to Subscriber who has subscribed to the designated Mobile Services Plan. 7. HK$10 or HK$20 monthly fee discount is only applicable to selected existing subscriber of HKBN’s home broadband and/or home telephone service. If Subscriber terminates all HKBN selected home broadband and/or home telephone service during the Minimum Commitment Period of the Mobile Services Plan, the monthly fee discount will be forfeited; Subscriber is obligated to continue using the Mobile Services Plan at original monthly fee. Monthly fee discount is only applicable within the Minimum Commitment Period of the Mobile Services Plan and when the Mobile Services Plan is still in service. This monthly fee discount is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash or cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. 8. Discounted smartphone price on purchasing iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone 8 is only applicable to Subscriber who has registered designated Mobile Services Plan. Subscriber must pay for the discounted smartphone price and prepayment (“Upfront Payment”) when successfully register to designated Mobile Services Plan (Upfront Payment amount is subject to the chosen smartphone model and service plan). Prepayment amount shall be reimbursed into Subscriber’s account via installments (on the 4th to 13th month) during the Minimum Commitment Period. If new Subscriber subscribes designated 1000M Home Broadband service plan together with 12GB Mobile Services plan with selected iPhone models through designated sales channels, Subscriber can enjoy additional HK$1,000 discount on the Discounted Smartphone Price, provided that Subscriber shall pay additional HK$1,000 as prepayment, such additional prepayment shall be reimbursed into Subscriber’s account via installments within the Minimum Commitment Period. 9. Designated Mobile Services Plan with iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone 8 is only available to subscribe at designated sales channels. 10. Actual data transmission speed that Subscriber experiences may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise. 11. HKBN reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.
