Terms and Conditions of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”) 2-Month Global Phone Service Free Trial Promo Code:
Each promo code can only reserve a 2-month Global Phone Service Free Trial with a Global Phone for one time. Subscriber can redeem the relevant offer through online reservation portal with the promo code provided. Reservation of the 2-month Global Phone Service Free Trial with Global Phone is subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. The promo code should be used within the validity period. Unused promo code will be forfeited automatically without notice or any compensation after the expiry date and/or Subscriber’s HKBNES account is cancelled or terminated. Subscriber shall not directly or indirectly through/without a third party sell or in any way benefit from the sale of this offer. The promo code is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with any other promo code. HKBNES reserves the right to take any legal action against those in violation and reject the application of Subscribers.
Terms and Conditions of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”) 2-Month Global Phone Service (“Service”) Free Trial:
2-month Global Phone Service Free Trial is only applicable to designated business customers.
Subscriber can redeem a 2-month Global Phone Service Free Trial with a Global Phone through online reservation portal and select the target Global Phone delivery date and Service activation date, which shall be a day from 7th to 14th working day after the registration day, subject to the daily quota. Upon successful registration, HKBNES will contact Subscriber to confirm the delivery and return details on the 5th working day before the selected target Global Phone delivery date and Service activation date. When the order is confirmed, Subscriber can review the order details on online reservation portal. If Subscriber wants to change or cancel the order, Subscriber must manage through the online reservation portal on the 6th working day or before from the selected target delivery date and Service activation date.
HKBNES will arrange courier to deliver Global Phone to Subscriber’s billing address before the target Global Phone delivery and Global Data Service activation date, the actual delivery date may vary under different circumstances. The activation date of Global Data Service will be the same date as the Subscriber’s chosen target Global Phone delivery and Global Data Service activation date, and it cannot be amended.
The Service is a global data service supported with designated mobile device (model: GlocalMe S1) (“Global Phone”) and application (“GlocalMe Connect”). Subscriber must enjoy the Service by using the Global Phone. The Service includes global data service only, local and overseas voice, SMS and/ or other service(s) are not available. Colour selection of Global Phone is not available for free trial service.
The provision of the Service is governed by HKBNES’ General Terms and Conditions (Enterprise Solutions) (please visit: http://hkbnes.net/tnc/T&C_Eng.pdf) and the Special Terms and Conditions of HKBNES Global Phone Service (please visit: https://www.hkbnes.net/tnc/Special_Terms_and_Conditions_of_HKBNES_Global_Phone_Service_en.pdf), Subscriber is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions and the relevant tariffs (if applicable) and the user agreement and privacy policy of GlocalMe Connect (please visit: http://www.glocalme.com) when applying for the Service free trial. Subscriber understands and agrees that HKBNES has the absolute right to revise any and all these terms and conditions from time to time, while HKBNES will endeavor to give thirty (30) days' prior notice to Subscriber before such revision takes effect.
Subscriber can enjoy the Service starting from the Service activation date, including 5GB global data per calendar month*. *When the monthly global data usage exceeds the monthly entitlement of the Service free trial, the global data service will be temporarily suspended until the end of that calendar month, top-up of global data is not applicable for this free trial. Regardless of location, the time is calculated in Hong Kong local time. Unused global data will be cancelled and cannot be accumulated nor transferred. Actual data transmission speed that Subscriber experiences may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise. Global data service will be auto-terminated on the next day upon 2 months after the Service activation. Subscriber can also enjoy a 2-month free myTV SUPER App (Alpha Pack) and a 2-month free TVB Anywhere App (Plan Bee). Subscriber shall receive the myTV SUPER App and TVB Anywhere App activation notification within 1-2 working days after the Service activates. Subscriber should follow the instructions to activate the relevant App and must activate the App during the 2-month free trial period. The validity period of the myTV SUPER App and TVB Anywhere App is 2 months starting from the date of App activation, the free service of the App will be terminated automatically once it expires. Subscriber must view the contents of the myTV SUPER App and TVB Anywhere App with the Global Phone.
The Service is only applicable in designated regions and/ or countries (“Designated Regions and/or Countries”) - https://www.hkbnes.net/tnc/Global_Phone_Coverage_list.pdf. HKBNES reserves the right to add, remove and/or change the Designated Regions and/or Countries without prior notice. Specific coverage area(s) in Designated Regions/ or Countries depends on the setup of the respective local network operator(s). Different network operators will be selected to provide the Service depending on the local network coverage, HKBNES is not liable for any disputes incurred due to network coverage. No service will be available if Subscriber locates in area(s) out of the coverage of the Service.
Before using the Service, Subscriber may disable the email, applications, RSS, automatic update function of Podcast as well as the “Data Roaming” setting in Global Phone to avoid any unnecessary global data usage and extra charge. In any circumstances, HKBNES takes no responsibility for any fees incurred.
Subscriber should activate and login to the GlocalMe Connect App with the Global Phone in order to connect with the global data. Subscriber should be aware that the Global Phone shall be connected to Internet in order to access the application.
Subscriber cannot change the order when the promo code is expired. If Subscriber cancel the order, such promo code will be forfeited automatically and cannot be reused.
If HKBNES cannot contact Subscriber and deliver the Global Phone on or before the selected target delivery date and Service activation date, Subscriber will be considered as giving up and the promo code cannot be reused.
Subscriber shall return the full set of the Global Phone (including Global Phone (GlocalMe S1), charger and USB cable) to HKBNES on or before the 14th working day after the expiry of the free trial. HKBNES will contact Subscriber to confirm the Global Phone return details upon the Service termination date. If Subscriber failed to return the Global Phone full set on the last return date, it will be handled as lost. HKBNES will charge for compensation fee based on this terms and conditions, Subscriber would be liable and charged for compensation fee of HK$2,688, which will be billed into Subscriber’s HKBNES account without notice.
In case of loss, damage or theft of the Global Phone and/or accessory, Subscriber shall be liable to pay compensation to HKBNES with the following compensation fee:

HKBNES reserves the right to amend the Global Phone delivery date and Service activation date if the Global Phone is not available in stock or due to any other reasons which the Service cannot be provided.
If Global Phone cannot function due to any reason within the free trial period, Subscriber shall contact customer service hotline at 128 180 to enquire the relevant arrangement.
Subscriber can login to “MyAccount” to check the latest global data usage record. Subscriber can also refer to the usage information shown on the Global Phone. Actual usage record will be subject to the usage records of HKBNES.
Subscriber understands that HKBNES is not the supplier of the Global Phone. HKBNES will not be liable for the quality of the Global Phone.
Subscriber understands that HKBNES is not the supplier of the myTV SUPER App and TVB Anywhere App. myTV SUPER App service is provided by MyTV Super Limited (“myTV SUPER”) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Terms of Services. Please visit www.mytvsuper.com/en/tos for details. myTV SUPER reserves the right to change or cancel any channel and/or any content anytime without prior notice. myTV SUPER bears no liability for any such change or cancellation. TVB Anywhere App service is provided by TVB Anywhere Limited (“TVB Anywhere”) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the TVB Anywhere Service Terms of Use. TVB Anywhere bears no liability for any such change or cancellation.
Subscriber should be aware that additional mobile data charge may be incurred due to viewing myTV SUPER and/or TVB Anywhere content. When viewing content, Subscribers are recommended to connect using a Wi-Fi network.
Subscriber shall comply with the appropriate usage of Global Phone as suggested by HKBNES, take responsibility and treat the Global Phone as if it’s their own and in their best effort to take care and return to HKBNES.
Subscriber is required to follow the below steps to remove setting and reset handset before returning the Global Phone: i) remove screen lock setting (if applicable) with steps: Settings > Security > Device security > Screen lock > Select “None”; ii) delete the information (including Google account) in the handset with steps: Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Press “RESET PHONE”.
In case of the Global Phone has been stolen or lost or converted or damaged, tampered with or otherwise misappropriated, Subscriber should immediately notify HKBNES to terminate the Service.
Subscriber shall not engage in communications equipment sublease, transfer and pledge in the third person which results in the damage against HKBNES ownership.
If Subscriber suffers an accident or damage due to the use of the Global Phone, HKBNES shall not be responsible in any way for whatever reason.
HKBNES takes no responsibility if the Global Phone is leading to short-circuit or fire through inappropriate, careless use or misplaced by Subscriber, from which causes any casualties and losses as a result. HKBNES advises Subscriber to pay attention and use the device with care.
Subscriber agrees that HKBNES may use or disclose the personal information furnished by Subscriber and any information and/or document relating to the free trial to any third party service provider or agent of HKBNES (including but not limited to uCloudlink, MyTV Super Limited, TVB Anywhere Limited) for the purpose of (a) provisioning the Service (including relevant maintenance and customer service) to Subscriber, (b) billing or invoicing, and/or (c) registering.
HKBNES may immediately terminate and/or suspend partly or entirely the free trial and/ or the provision of the Service without any notice and compensation to Subscriber if HKBNES suspects fraud or misuse of network or resources of HKBNES or its contractors or business partner(s) by Subscriber.
Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by HKBNES may be powered by HKBN. Subscriber further agrees that HKBNES may appoint and/or engage HKBN and/or any other third party provider(s) to provide any or all services, presale and after-sale services to Subscriber, including but not limited to marketing, provision of equipment, invoicing, customer services, collection of payment and other Subscriber’s account related services if applicable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be prevail in case of any conflicts with any other applicable terms and conditions.
For any disputes arising from the Service and the free trial, the decisions of HKBNES shall be final and conclusive.
