(Hong Kong – 10 April 2025) This press release is made by the board (the “Board”) of directors of HKBN Ltd. (the “Company”) with reference to the announcement of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited dated 2 December 2024 relating to the pre-conditional voluntary general cash offer (the “China Mobile Offer”) and the announcement of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited dated 9 April 2025 relating to its acquisition of shares in the Company from TPG Wireman, L.P., as well as the announcement of the Company dated 2 December 2024 relating to the possible separate offer by I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd. (the “Possible Separate Offer”).

 

The Board wishes to state that, at the date of this press release, (i) the Board is still evaluating its options and the discussions and negotiations between the Board and each of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited and I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd. in respect of the China Mobile Offer and the Possible Separate Offer remain on-going; and (ii) the Board has not formed any definitive views nor reached any formal or legally binding agreement with either party.
