(Hong Kong – July 7, 2026) HKBN Enterprise Solutions (“HKBNES”) today announced a strategic collaboration with BytePlus, a leading enterprise-grade AI cloud services provider. The collaboration aims to bring together BytePlus' advanced technology with HKBN's extensive expertise in telecommunications, ICT services, and enterprise solutions to drive the market adoption of next-generation AI and cloud offerings – unlocking greater value and new growth opportunities for enterprise customers.

The collaboration will focus on the following key areas:

Generative AI-Powered Enterprise Solutions

HKBNES will integrate BytePlus' generative AI capabilities into its solution portfolio, covering intelligent automation, content generation, and customer experience enhancement – enabling businesses to accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Cloud Infrastructure and Service Integration

BytePlus will provide HKBNES with a comprehensive suite of cloud infrastructure services, including computing, Torch Object Storage (TOS), networking, cloud databases, video cloud, and Content Delivery Network (CDN) capabilities. HKBNES will incorporate these cloud services into its offerings, helping enterprises build resilient technology foundations and accelerate cloud transformation.

Joint Development of AI-Driven Solutions

Both parties will collaborate on developing AI-driven solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and AI agents – creating innovative applications tailored to the needs of enterprise customers across key industries.

Market Expansion and Ecosystem Collaboration

Both parties will develop joint growth strategies and launch co-marketing initiatives centred around successful use cases from this collaboration. As a member of the "HKBN InnoTech Ecosystem Alliance" (iTEA), BytePlus and its technologies will be integrated into HKBNES' broader ecosystem platform, fostering collaboration with complementary partners to deliver more comprehensive end-to-end solutions for customers.
