(Hong Kong – September 10, 2026) HKBN Enterprise Solutions (HKBNES) today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BoCloud International, a leading provider of AI infrastructure software solutions, establishing a strategic collaboration.

This collaboration aims to combine the strengths of both parties in technology, product development, market reach, and ecosystem resources. Together, they seek to drive the deep integration of AI technology with enterprise application scenarios, accelerating the commercial deployment of AI solutions in Hong Kong, Macao, and the wider regional market, and fostering enterprise digital intelligence transformation and industrial innovation.

Under the MoU, the parties intend to collaborate on AI Agents, Agentic AI, multi-agent collaboration, and enterprise-grade AI solutions to develop competitive offerings and capture opportunities in the digital economy.
