Important Notice:
- 1. From 1 May 2023 onwards, the IDD 0030 standard rates of some countries/regions will be adjusted. For details on the new rates, please visit “F1” or “H1”. For the standard rate plan registered and the rates of other countries/regions, please call Customer Service Hotline at 128100 for inquiries. After the new standard rates become effective, customer can check the latest rates for different countries/ regions on My HKBN.
- 2. From 1 May 2023 onwards, IDD 0030 charges after free calling time under Communication Plan with IDD0030 service plan will be adjusted. Other terms and conditions will remain unchanged. For more details about the new rates, please click here.
- 3. From 1 May 2023 onwards, the special rates of hot destinations/designated countries/ regions under IDD 0030 special rate offer service plan will be adjusted and special rate offer service plan will be terminated after 31 December 2023 and IDD0030 service will be charged on standard rate plan. - 4. From 1 January 2020 to 30 April 2023, IDD 0030 thereafter rate under Home Telephone with IDD 0030 service plan will be adjusted. The special rates, offer period and free calling time minutes (if any) you are presently entitled to will remain unchanged. For more details about the new Rate Plan charges, please click here.
- 5. From 1 February 2020 to 30 April 2023, the IDD 0030 special rates of some major countries/regions will be adjusted (only applicable for selected special rate plans). For any query, please call Customer Service Hotline at 128100.

- 7. With effect starting 1 September 2019, charges for standalone IDD 0030 printed paper statement will be adjusted to HK$20 per copy. To save on paper statement fee, you can click here to login My HKBN App to change ”Statement Method” to ”E-mail”
