- Which operator(s) have partnered with HKBN to provide mobile services?
Currently, HKBN mobile services is utilizing SmarTone's network, CMHK’s network and 3 Hong Kong’s network to provide you with quality mobile services. We have different plans and offers to suit for your needs. - Are there any differences between the offers listed on the website and those provided by our promoters?
Offers listed on the website are similar to those with our promoters. Pricing are the same on both channels. The website allows you to conveniently find our full range of service plans available, with details accessible at a glance. - My contract with the current mobile network operator is still in effect. When should I register and choose to start my service?
You are recommended to register at least 7-10 days before your current contract ends. With our deferred start option of up to 180 days, you can also lock down your favourite prices now! You may choose your existing contract end date as the start date at HKBN. - How do I know if my online registration has been completed successfully?
A 12-digit registration number will appear on your confirmation page once registration has been successful. You will also receive a registration notification email sent by Hong Kong Broadband Network containing the registration number, and the date and time of your registration. - What is the procedure for number porting?
After registration, please complete and submit a simple form to arrange for number port-in and service activation. A link to this form will be sent to you via SMS or email after registration. Please note: The earliest cutover and service start date shall be subject to service provisioning lead time and successful porting. - What are the latest promotion offers available now?
