This Plan is intended as an auxiliary therapy to alleviate pain, not for medical diagnosis or treatment of diseases. Below is a summary of the plan; the actual services provided to customers will depend on the applicable items.
Program Detail (Limited to Users aged 18 to 70#)
(I) One SEMG Spinal Scan (Suggested Retail Price: HK$400) (Eligible for first-time visits only)
This scan provides a comprehensive analysis focused on conditions such as kyphosis and poor posture. It helps detect spinal misalignment and muscle tension, supporting personalized treatment planning. The process is safe, radiation-free, and completed in about 15 minutes with an instant report.
Each session is conducted by a professional therapist. The therapist shall recommend the most suitable device based on the customer’s assessment results and health condition. The total number of sessions is determined by the professional team according to the customer’s health condition.
Items (I) and (II) are conducted by professional therapists. Additional services, including chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, and physical therapy, incur extra charges. All services must be booked in advance. Available dates and times are based on the schedule of the designated service branch. For booking details, please contact the NYPC hotline. Treatment effectiveness varies by individual. NYPC does not guarantee results.

1. Is there an age restriction for this Plan?
This Plan is only available to individuals aged 18 to 70.
2. Who is not suitable for this plan?
The following individuals are not suitable: cancer or seriously ill patients (including but not limited to those with severe cardiovascular diseases or epilepsy), individuals with pacemakers or implanted metal electronic devices, and pregnant women. Specific cases should be assessed by a physician or qualified therapist based on medical history, examination results, and individual conditions.
3. Is this program transferable?
This Plan is for individual use only and is non-transferable and non-resalable once registered. Users must present valid identification to register as a member of the New York Pain Center. Each customer may register for this Plan only once at New York Pain Center. However, customers may apply for up to five Plans on behalf of family or friends through HKBN. The Center reserves the right to reject registrations from individuals who fail to provide valid information or do not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Can the treatments in this Plan cure diseases?
This Plan offers supportive physiotherapy aimed at pain relief and improving quality of life. It is not intended for disease diagnosis or treatment. For health concerns, please consult a medical professional.
5. What are the functions and reference retail prices for the four designated therapies in the plan?
6. Are all four designated therapy devices available at every New York Pain Center branch?
The types and quantities of the four designated devices vary by branch. For specific equipment or location preferences, confirmation prior to registration is recommended. Customers are advised to check with New York Pain Center via the equiries hotline (3977 8554).
7. Will the treatments cause pain?
Under normal circumstances, treatments should not cause pain. If discomfort occurs during treatment, inform the therapist immediately and discontinue the session.
8. How long does each treatment session last?
Each session lasts approximately 15 minutes.
9. How many treatment sessions can be done per visit?
Only one session may be performed per visit to ensure safety and optimal results.
10. What does “Unlimited Pain Therapy” mean?
During the Plan’s validity period, customers are eligible to receive unlimited sessions of designated pain relief treatments. Only one designated device treatment is allowed per day. The type and frequency of treatments will be determined by professional therapists based on examination results and the customer’s health condition.
11. What is an SEMG examination?
SEMG (Surface Electromyography) is a non-invasive test that uses computerized equipment to analyze the spine and related muscle conditions. It helps detect spinal misalignment and muscle tension, supporting personalized treatment planning.
12. How to activation the Plan?
HKBN will notify customers via email on the Plan start/effective date to retrieve their activation code from the “My Rewards” page in the My HKBN App. Customers must input the activation code and submit their information on the designated webpage within the specified period. The New York Pain Center will contact the customer within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the information to arrange the first visit.
13. When does the Service Validity Period take effect?
The Service Validity Period of this plan begins from the date the activation is successfully confirmed by the New York Pain Center.
14. Are appointments required for services under this program? How can appointments be changed or canceled?
All services must be scheduled at least two business days in advance. Appointment availability is subject to the NYPC’s booking schedule. To change or cancel an appointment, customers must contact NYPC customer service via hotline or WhatsApp (6406 6827) at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will be treated as a no-show. In cases of emergency (e.g., medical incidents), valid documentation such as a doctor’s certificate is required to waive the no-show status.
15. Are there any additional charges beyond the unlimited designated device treatments?
This Plan covers unlimited sessions of designated device treatments. Additional professional services (e.g., chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, physiotherapy) are subject to separate charges. Please consult the New York Pain Center for details.
16. Can this Plan be used for insurance claims?
No. This plan is not eligible for insurance claims. For other claimable services, please consult the New York Pain Center for details.
Customers must be aged 18 or above to register for this plan. The plan user must be between 18 and 70 years old. The following individuals are not suitable for this plan: cancer or critically ill patients (including but not limited to those with severe cardiovascular conditions or epilepsy), individuals with pacemakers or implanted metal electronic devices, and pregnant women. These are common contraindications, but actual suitability should be determined by a physician or qualified therapist based on medical history, examination results, and individual circumstances. The user is responsible for proactively disclosing their health condition prior to service registration. New York Pain Center and HKBN shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from failure to make truthful declarations.

^This represents the average daily fee for $99 monthly fee and 30 days in a month, and customers must commit to a minimum commitment period.
*During the Plan period, customers are entitled to unlimited pain relief treatments using designated devices. Each customer may receive up to one designated device treatment per day. Each session is conducted by a professional therapist. The therapist shall recommend the most suitable device based on the customer’s assessment results and health condition. The total number of sessions is determined by the professional team according to the customer’s health condition.
In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
