HKBN Announces FY26 Interim Results

- *According to the market data disclosed by major telecommunication service providers in Hong Kong as at 30 May 2024, HKBN is the first telecommunication service provider to launch 25Gbps broadband service in Hong Kong.
- #25Gbps/10Gbps/5Gbps/2.5Gbps maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 25Gbps/10Gbps/5Gbps/2.5Gbps respectively. The actual bandwidth that the customer can enjoy may be affected by customer hardware / software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed.
- ^HKBN is the first telecommunications provider in the world to offer compensation in Hong Kong dollars for the "Fibre Broadband Dual Guarantee", and the only telecommunications provider in Hong Kong to offer guaranteed speeds for designated 100M to 25Gbps fibre broadband services. (As of 2nd June 2025) "Fibre Broadband Dual Guarantee" included "Speed Guarantee" and "Low Latency Guarantee", and is applicable only to designated home broadband service plans.
- ~If the service does not meet our guaranteed range, Subscriber can receive double of the service fee of the affected days as compensation on a pro-rata basis after approval of the application.
