FASTER PAYMENT SYSTEM (FPS)
To use FPS for payments, log in to your mobile banking or Internet banking app and follow the FPS instructions to link up your bank account.
Once linked, open your mobile banking app and pay by performing one of the following options:
i. For My HKBN App users: if you’ve already installed a designated banking app on your device, you can use the “FPS 1 click payment” function. Otherwise, you can scan the FPS QR code on My HKBN App or web version. With both options, you can specify the exact payment amount of each transaction. (applicable to HKBN residential customers; excluding IDD 1666, 009 and 007 services).

ii. Scanning the FPS QR code displayed on your HKBN monthly bill statement.
iii. Scanning the FPS QR code at a self-service payment kiosk in HKBN shops specifying your payment amount.Please click Here to check the supporting banks.

FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, OCTOPUS INSTANT PAYMENT via My HKBN App or WEB
Please download and login to My HKBN App or My HKBN to settle your payment by FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK or Octopus. For FPS payment details, please refer to the section above “Faster Payment System (FPS)” (applicable to HKBN residential customers; excluding IDD 1666, 009 and 007 services).

By AlipayHK/ WeChat Pay App
Please go to “Bill Payment” in AlipayHK App or “Telecom Payment” in WeChat Pay App. Once your HKBN account number has been paired with the App, you can settle bills using AlipayHK or WeChat Pay. AlipayHK App payment is currently only available to HKBN residential customers.

BY CREDIT CARD AUTOPAY
Please login to My HKBN App Or My HKBN to set up your payment method to credit card autopay or update your credit card information (IDD 1666 customers excluded).

THROUGH INTERNET BANKING
Payments may be settled through Internet banking services offered by banks. Please keep the reference number for verification.

BY AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
You can use ATM cards or credit cards with cash withdrawal functions to pay using ATMs designated for “Bill Payment” or “JET Payment”..

CHEQUE DEPOSIT MACHINE
You can settle payment via any Cheque Deposit Machine at Bank of China (Hong Kong) with a crossed cheque made payable to “HKBN”. When the payment transaction is complete, you may obtain a customer advice with the cheque image included. You may contact your bank or HKBN for further details.

Please DO NOT send cash or post-dated cheques. No receipt shall be issued.

IN PERSON
You can settle payment by cash at any 7-Eleven / Circle K / VanGO Convenience Store / China Resources Vanguard / U Select with the payment slip or convenience store payment QR code show on My HKBN App.
The maximum payment amount is HK$5,000. Please keep the receipt for verification. A handling fee of HK$7 per transaction will be charged to your next statement.
You may also visit our designated HKBN shops for FPS, Octopus Card, Alipay or WeChat Pay payments at self-service payment kiosk.

Customer Notice
- To settle the Statement Balance in a timely manner and avoid service suspension, please settle payments at least 3 working days prior to the payment due date.
- If the statement balance has not been fully settled by the Due Date, we reserve the right to charge interest on any outstanding amount at 2.5% per month until the statement balance has been paid in full. For service suspension or termination as a result of payment not having been made, a reconnection fee will be charged.
- If payment cannot be successfully collected through credit card autopay, an administration fee will be charged.
