ESG Governance Structure

As one of the few publicly traded companies in Hong Kong with a dedicated ESG Committee at the Board level, we take ESG governance very seriously. ESG governance and management are embedded at all levels of HKBN, including our Board, our ESG Committee and our ESG task force. This provides us with a solid foundation for delivering on our sustainability objectives. As HKBN’s highest governing body, our Board oversees and is accountable for HKBN’s overall ESG strategy, development and performance.
